To maintain fast supercomputing speed, US is planning to
build it's first $500 million "exascale" supercomputer in 2021
This $500M "exascale" supercomputing supercomputer coming in
2021 will be capable of computing or calculating a billion billion calculations
per second and this will be at least five times more powerful than
the world's current fastest/leading supercomputer.
Intel is that company helping the U.S. to build exascale performance supercomputing
supercomputer till 2021 with its latest Xeon Scalable processor
line and Optane DC Persistent Memory technology.
The intel company and the developers are too ambitious and
confident that the goal to build exascale superfast supercomputing supercomputer
is attainable by the 2021 date.
