Who and Why invented Automated Teller Machine | the secret behind ATM invention

It was a friday afternoon,extremely cool day in 1968 and
Donald Wetzel-USA businessman needed money to travel or go
on a business trip.

And then-40-year old businessman Donald Wetzel went bank to
withdraw money and he saw that hundreds of people are already
in line for withdrawing money from bank. It was already evening
5 o'clock as he is already late.

Then after sometime thought of automated machine came in his mind
that could even work faster than human and even that could work 24*7
without taking rest.

And then he said to himself " bank need not to be open ,
customers could get money 24 hours , seven days a week."

And then he yield the idea of Automated Teller Machine, today
known as ATM. It took him 11 months for the creation of ATM machine
and the first ATM machine was launch on september 2, 1969 at chemical
bank branch in Rockville center.
