Elon Musk said sooner or later, the artificial intelligence creates such a high intelligence 
robots that will make human-like a  chimps.

With Alibaba's billionair founder jack Ma, at a shanghai event, SpaceX/Tesla CEO compared the intelligence gap between the humans and Robots to the intelligence gap between humans and monkeys.

Elon Musk said "monkey can never understand Humans" in the same way
Humans can not understand highly Artificial intelligence-powered robots.

Musk said many people underestimate the capability of Artificial Intelligence. But it is out of Human control because it'll be much more smarter than the world smartest human. So allowing development of full artificial intelligence may extinct the entire human race.
